Builders License
Hi all,
I recently obtained my builders license and have not done a job with it.
A friend of mine is renovating his house shortly. I would like to help him out and was wondering if by putting it under my builders license it would improve my home owners warranty insurance cover.
My question is; Is there a benefit in putting a renovation on my builders license if im not getting paid for it, i.e. is it likely to increase my insurance coverage enough for the next project? and if so would it be significant enough to offset the risk of putting a project under my builders license for free?
any comments would help
