Default New timber floor supplier North NSW

I live in the northern rivers area(Tweed, just moved there) and are about to have a project home built. Im a flooring carpenter and Im looking around for a supplier for timber flooring. My faves are spotted gum, Brush box, Tallow,Turps, Basicly the good ol boys with a medium to light bown tone and a janka rating in the high to double figures.
Ill be looking for between 100-130 sq m (pending on finnal plan).
I also like tunge oil (so that rules out Brush box) As it is so easy to repair or refinish.
The wife wants secret nail .
Could some good folks give me an idea what is available(northern rivers) and anyone in the know where I can find the good stuff?
    PS.
Will also need hardwood baterns for fixing to concrete slab.
    please PM?

    G'day Mick.
There are a number of manufacturers in Northern NSW.
    There are:
    Boral @ M/bah.
    Hurfords @ Lismore
    Notaras @ Grafton (Me ).

We all do the Species you list.

We have a wholesale yard At Jindalee in Brisbane.

I don't have the number on me, but we are in the book.
    Talk to John.
    Hooroo.
    Regards, Trevor

    G'day.
    Thanks Larry.
I'm not inclined to blow our own trumpet too loudly on here.

I feel it's better to let the punters pick who they want to deal with. Thats why I put us last on the list.
I know Hurfords product has improved a lot lately in the QC for machining and drying quality.

We are flat out. It is at the stage of trying to find enough people to run a second shift in the dry mill. I'm drying more than we can machine in a day. We are backed up on orders until April next year. BBT, S/G, GIBK, B/G, A/Beech are all presold.
The only main specie not travelling well is Tallowwood. It seems to be out of favour with the punters.

We are doing 2 loads (1 load = 35m3= 40 packs) a week to Brisbane. 3 per week to Newcastle/Wyong/Sydney and 1 a week to Melbourne. And a container a every second month to the USA And another container every other month to the UK.

The biggest problem is now log supply. Forests NSW are playing silly buggers with logs. small and full of rubbish.

We ran 36m3 of 80x19 TWD T&G on Thursday. Half it should never have been cut. grubby and full of fire damage. But the final product cleaned great. Recovery was way down 45%.

But. It is still fun to go to work every day.

    I love my Job...
    Hooroo.
