McJing and good service
Sometimes people get on the forum and complain about poor service. I have done so myself. But to be fair when you get good service you should say so.
Well on Thursday morning before work I got online and ordered a pair of holdfasts from McJing. I figured I might get them next week some time. Well I just got home on Friday night and they had been delivered and waiting for me. Seriously now. You cannot do better than that. McJing must have access to some speedy couriers.
This is is not the first time they have given me great service either. I do not know why or how they do it but they manage to get stuff to me faster than a whole lot of other companies.

When I first hear the name "Mc Jing" mentioned on this forum I thought it was some sort of in house/forum joke referring to cheap quality Chinese goods.
Have since bought 2 specialist router cutters that I could find nowhere else from them and have been happy with the product and delivery time as well.

I always visit their stand at the Perth wood show and it is a real treat. Friendly and knowledgeable with good prices and a good selection.

They are such a strange business, their site is super simple, nothing special - but their range and prices are really excellent.
I love going back there and finding they sell some doodad or other. I've bought quite a bit from there. Great biz.

I've been to the shop a few times and as said it is an Aladdin's cave for shed minded people. So many unexpected treasures to be found. Very hard to come out with only the item you intended to buy. A good place to spend a pleasant hour just looking around.
Regards
John

I have also bought from them via the phone. (Their site was playing silly buggers that day.) The goods were dispatched the same day and were delivered the next day. They were also fairly knowledgeable when I asked a couple of questions when ordering. Wish some (nameless) others were half as good.
Cheers
