    Default Hello from Tasmania

Hi everyone. I moved to Tasmania a few years ago and started making stuff with the beautiful wood that grows here. I am really enjoying carving now, mainly Huon Pine. I hope to share some of my work with you all and ask tap into all the knowledge and experience on offer here. I attached a photo of some shells I carved a little while ago.

Welcome from a fellow Tasmanian - love your carving. Perhaps members from the big island might begin to think that we haven't all got two heads!
