    Default G'day g'day

Hi All - My name is Dan and I'm from Melbourne, Vic

I joined this community as I have been passed down my grandparent's Parker teak veneer dining table and sideboard, which I am hoping to restore. Unfortunately, it would appear that I and my sister were absolute brats as children as they are covered in water-marks and other marks, which my parents have assured me is our fault! I am hoping for some sage advice on how to best go about this (or even some advice as to whether the damage is too much such that it needs a professional) - I've had a look in the restoration forums and can see other people have posted past Parker teak veneer restoration projects/questions, but I can't seem to ever access their photos. Hopefully, I'll be able to figure that out and have a look at what other people have done

Anyway, nice to meet you all and excited to be a part of the community!

    Cheers

    Dan

Thanks all! Sorry for the delayed response, I have been stuck on night shift until recently. I will post my restoration project in the restoration discussion thread. Would love to hear people's thoughts and advice

    Cheers - Dan
