Ducted Aircon Control rework

Hi, I have a fully ducted reverse cycle system installed under the Aircraft noise insulation program and it is a little lacking in a couple of areas.

I attempted to get aircon specialists to look at the job but its obviously too fiddly.

Anyhow I have worked out how to re-do some ducting to make the system function a good deal better but I am out of my depth with the controller.

I currently have a 3 zone system and one controller at the return air downstairs which is impossible to set properly for the upstairs. Upstairs, as one would expect is the most used zone.

I want to locate a thermostat upstairs and downstairs and have the system regulate the temperatures by fluctuating between zones and temperatures if required. I would expect it will work out about 90% upstairs 10% downstairs in summer and visa versa in winter.

Total novice with this stuff but I am generally technically competent, however I am finding the very limited material available, somewhat jargonised.

What brand is the unit?

Basically you need a thermostat in each zone connected to a controller that drives the air dampers for each area. the dampers will open and close as required to regulate the temperature evenly through the house.

Unit is a temperzone 12.5kw and the current controller is a Leasam B501/601.
the controller is totally inadequate in that it lacks a timer of any type
