How to post on Metalwork Forum?

I can log in and am recognised on Metalwork Forum, but get this with nothing in my notifications:

419, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation

Any ideas on how I can resolve this, because I'd like to get some of the metalworking knowledge over there?

Not sure if this is your issue but some email providers block Metalwork forum emails before they are received. If so the Administrators can sort it out so you can post.
