Do I need a draftsman?
Hi all,
I am extending a small retail food shop into an empty shop next door. Council says I need to submit "Draftsman like quality" plans for this. It will have more cooking equipment, counters etc and a wall built and section of wall opened up. I understand I need a building certifier for the wall work as is a firewall, but not sure if plans that I draw up are going to be enough. Any advice or help would be appreciated, also any offers to do the work too. Am in Mudgeeraba on the Gold Coast.
Cheers!
