    Default newy wood expo

    hey guys.

who's going to the newcastle wood expo? what day are you all going?

seeing as though this is my first wood show, i'm a bit exited and got a few questions.
    • are there many show specials on machinery and finishes ( i'll just go to the ubeaut stand )
    • do any people demonstrate things?
    • does any one sell wood ( i hope so )
    • how much does it cost to get in?
    thanx in advance

    cheers

From memory the Canberra show was about $25 to get in, but kids are cheaper.

Yes, there is all you describe and more available.

I missed the Sydney show cause I was away, so thinking about the Newcastle one. I'll buy u lunch if we meet - no grog cause your old man may be bigger than me.

Yes but not as good as Sydney
    • do any people demonstrate things?
Yes depending on whose there it varies each year
    • does any one sell wood ( i hope so )
This is the one thing usually better than sydney , espically slabs
    • how much does it cost to get in?
$10 I think with kids and old people cheaper, but if you listen to 2HD radio the weeks before they give away lots of free passes in their competitions

    cheers
