Is the gyprock pro lite topping compound ok to be used over cement rendered walls?? I want to just fix some of the scrapes and scratches before I paint and have some of this product left over. If it isnt suitable does anyone have any reccomendations

For light patching it will do the job. It will shrink a little into deeper scratches. So you will need to go over it a few times.
It will sand back easy.
Top coat is not bad to smooth the grain in timber being painted too.
A lot of painters just use top coat for patching small dents and marks before applying the final coats.
