Im replacing the crappy aluminuim window at the front of my old house with a new double hung window. The opening for the window is just a square opening. Other similar looking homes ( build around 1900) have a slightly ornate window sill below the window. I know you can buy cement window sills - the guy down the road with an identical home installed one when he replace his window and it looks great but he's moved away so cant ask him where to buy one. Any ideas??
