    Default finishes you've tried on mango.

    Thinking about finishing stools in mango.

    any experiences to share. Not that you'd necessarily want to remember them, but, I'd like to hear about any failures.

    Hi Jake,I made a bookshelf recently with mango shelves and blackbean frame. To try to keep the mango as light and unyellowed as i could, I used water-based WOP. Came up OK,
    fletty
    a rock is an obsolete tool ......... until you don’t have a hammer!

    I used FW Scandinavian oil, a long time ago. The mango soaked it up like blotting paper, but eventually it came up OK.
