    Unhappy SSSSLLLOOOOWWW forums

    Hi all,

is anybody else experiencing extremely slow response times whilst browsing these forums of late?

Most other internet sites come in OK so I doubt my link is the problem.

Could it be you are all using the same ISP ? Perhaps Telstra Big Pond ? I am using Optus, and have no problems with the response times.

    Thumbs up

It was slow this morning but fine now. I think the server was a bit sick because I got a few errors with the database.

It all seems OK again now, I too also got the bad database messages just after I posted my original post in this thread.

    I suspect Grunt is right.

I'm running DSL at 512 kbps and this morning it seemed like is hooled on with the old 356k modem. I would say there was yet another glitch with the server. Probably being bombarded again with spam, viruses and other nasty stuff.

It is running OK now and hopefully will stay that way for a while. We are getting closer to updating with the latest version. With luck we will start testing it in a week or so.

    Cheers - Neil
