Waterproofing + Bath Vents
Hi, just about to go down the path of full bathroom reno
With waterproofing:
- can anyone recommend a waterproofing product?
- what is best no. of coats to apply?.....2, 3?
- Do I give a water proof coat under floor cement screed for tiling base plus another required coat on top of cement screed before tiling?
- We are enclosing a bathtub onto a frame with walls butting up on 3 sides......do I need to waterproof under bathtub frame?.....incase of condensation?
Vents:
- Do I need to provide air vents to the enclosed sub frame of bath?.....was thinking of 2 x vents at one end of bath that would vent to outside of home
Cheers
