Should I Use Underlay over Cork
Hello All,
Have 80m2 of German Made floating Engineered board in Pacific Walnut to go over my existing cork which is in good condition (just old and discoloured). Bought the closed cell foam underlay, however some reccomend that I don't need it?? What's the views of the experts should I put it down or not.
Thanks...DC
