Bumpy walls. Is it paint?
Me and my partner are currently rennovating our new home.
It is a 1960's house.
This is my my question......
I have bumpy walls in the bedrooms. Im wanting to know if its paint or somthing else!! I've use paint stripper on it, but it does'nt seem to bubble up on it. And seem to take extreme effort to scrape off. There are 2 other coats of paint under this which bubble up and come off no worries.
This stuff is thick plastic like. In another room which is bumpy also peels off in large strips without using anyting. Would paint do this?
In another room I tested a piece with paint stripper and it just seems to stick to it and again without bubbling up and is just sticky.
Hope someone has any ideas!!
