If light is made up of Photons - what's dark made up of?

As an dyslexic agnostic insomniac, I lay awake at night wondering if their really is a dog.

If light could escape from a black hole so that we could see it - I suspect there would be found, a little fat feller with a torch - looking for the trip switch in his meter box!.

If lights composed of Photons - might not dark be composed of Photoffs? (Photon - Photoff, just like the Karate kid with wax on and wax off).

Or maybe - Darkons?
