Amazon ships to the UK and has stock, you could also try alibris.com
If all else fails our forum sponsor PWS stocks it as well, but postage could be an issue.

Try Roger @ Wood Workers Workshop
You might give Roger a call or visit his website He is an Incra dealer and should have these in stock if not I'm sure he'd point you in the right direction, he is known as Chippy Chap on these forums.

I got mine off Roger.
Rockler were a bit cheaper but wanted another $90 to ship it...
Ditto cranked collet spanner.
Rockler, Summerfeld etc wanted $90 to ship a 7oz spanner...
I got someone on a usenet group to mail me one and I bunged 'em (paypal) the price plus a pint.
Maybe someone on here could help out similarly if Roger is out of stock?
