peanut butter
vegemite
mayonaise
bbq sauce

1. What type of bread is this on: Turkish, Sourdough, Wonderwhite, Cobb, wholegrain, rye, multigrain, ciabatta, panini, maybe focaccia even

2. Vegemite is taken as given, but at what level of application and in what order of the assembly of the so-called sandwich: directly to the substrate (refer above for examples of substrate), to both opposing sides of the substrate or after one of the mentioned spreads has been added.

3. Mayonnaise. These days supermarket shelves are stocked with a variety of products claiming to be mayonnaise, from low fat to whole egg, each have a character of their own and is the case with timber, one man's trash could be another man's treasure. Further verification of this type of spread is also required given the nature of the generic term.

4. As with Mayonnaise; peanut butter, sometimes referred to as peanut paste, has many and varied incarnations, not to mention preferences of brand.

5. BBQ Sauce. Please refer to points 3 and 4 to establish the difficulty in ascertaining true and correct statistical data by using generic terms.

So Stirlo mate, although your endeavor to gather statistical data on the epicurian habits of board members is admirable, for any reasearch to be valid, strict controls need to be applied to avoid skewing results in a direction that may benefit the researcher.
