Converting Aluminium Sliding Door to Stacker
Hi, I was curious to know whether someone's gone down this path or can point me in the right direction. I dont have a lot of detail right now as its only a thought but I've been staring down this old brown aluminium sliding door for quite some time. We originally wanted to replace it all with a bi-fold door but the costs involved has caused us to rethink. I was wondering if I could convert this sliding door which has 3 equal sized glass doors. The left hand side one is stationary, the right hand one is stationary with the centre door being the slider. Is there an easy and cost effective means of changing the tracks and converting this into a stacker door so that they all hide behind each other on one side. That would certainly open it up a little more for us. Any ideas on costs, practicality or where to obtain the aluminium tracks preferably painted would be much appreciated. Thanks
