    Default Hi guys

    Gday all,

Let me preface my introduction with: my woodworking experience is limited to cutting stuff up with the chainsaw.

After many years of trawling the net for info on welding, garages, earthmoving and basically everything un-wood related I realised that most of my answers come from woodworkforums.com

But I've finally joined up. One day I might even take up woodwork!

    thanks
    philbey

    Cheers guys

I've actually done a little bit here and there, wood turning, pattermaking etc. It's just not a priority on the hobby list right now haha.

I do have a metal lathe that I need to wire up the inverter/vsd and I've got plenty of projects lining up for that one.

Welcome to the forum. As you have discovered the name is wood working but there is so much more to this site then just wood.
