We had our offices renovated last year. The whole thing has been disaster from the start. I won't go into all the gory details but yesterday the guy who checks out the electical work for certification stopped by and discovered that the earth was live.

The guy said we we're lucky that we had carpet and the pissy little fridge we have down there is plasitc otherwise we'd have a dead employee or two. Just unbelievable.
