updates not arriving
My daily updates to subscribed threads have not arrived recently. This includes a response from a member who replied to a question I posted to his thread in the Marketplace yesterday. Has there been an interruption to service, or is the problem confined to me?

No, I didn't get an alert about either of these messages, and I didn't get a digest last night. I have checked my ISP server and they aren't sitting there - and I have no black lists on the server.
Can you tell me the address that they are being sent to please?
Chris

I just changed my email address to an alternative to see if that fixes the problem.

Hi there
They're being sent to one you have hosted through IINET. They use a filter called ironport and it was rejecting the messages from the WWF server to your address on the 14th and 15th and today I can see in the server logs it is accepting them. If you didn't receive todays digest message, there is probably some other filtering in place between when they accept the message and its delivered to your account. I'll check for some bounced emails tomorrow, that may give us some more clues as to whats going on.
I'll PM you the logs.
cheers

Got your PM thanks Steve -can't reply via PM until i free up some space. I was under the impression that moving messages to a folder reduced my private message quota, but apparently not, and your message is a whopper!

Thanks for the update. Strange issue, first they're completely blocking, then they accept mail and still don't deliver it.
We have our home internet with iinet, i'll do some test with it and see if I can workout what they don't seem to like about us.
Anyway thanks for your help last night and for brining the problem to our attention.
cheers
