I'm in need of a gas storage hot water system. My house is a 3 bedroom house, at the moment it is just my fiancee and I living there however down the track could be a couple of kids and a dishwasher.

The plumber has suggested a Aquamax 135. Anyone able to comment about them? I do not know anything brands of HWS having never bought one before.

Also the plumber is quoting $1,800 to supply and install the system (it is not a straight install as the old hot water system was in a different location, so he'd have to run some new gas and water pipes and put in a cement slab for the system to sit on).

Does that price sound reasonable? I've had the plumber come out before and he was very helpful and had good customer service so I'm happy to use him just thought I'd get some advice before shelling out that kind of money.
