Panel saw recommendations?
Looking for recommendations on a panel saw/cabinet saw for under $5000. What would people’s recommendations be? Currently toss up whether I go the SS route or panel saw.

Will you consider 2nd hand? is 3 phase good for you?
if only single phase and new then there isnt a lot to choose from... even a Belgium made Robland is $10k AUD
IMHO, Panel saw is a lot more versatile than table saw or SS. for me I can never go back
I bought my 5 yo Griggio 3800mm panel saw for about $3000?SCM L'Invincibile si X, SCM L'Invincibile S7, SCM TI 145EP, SCM Sandya Win 630, Masterwood OMB1V, Meber 600, Delta RJ42, Nederman S750, Chicago Pneumatics CPRS10500, Ceccato CDX12

Yeah 2nd hand is definitely an option. Just wanting the best for my money. I’m getting 3 phase installed so my options aren’t limited.

Look for a three phase sliding table panel saw, there’s plenty available and they are virtually free. I got this for a bottle of grappè, it’s beautiful, but outdated for modern shops. 1895F5EC-DFF1-4183-B322-1B703D8EC750.jpeg

Dude, you got a Martin saw for a bottle? An old school Martin at that. If old mate has any more Martin machines I might go as high as three bottles
