Hellooo all,

My MIL's house is a brick vaneer with concrete tile roof, concrete stumps and concrete footings around the outside. Its a 22yr old house build on a slight sloap away from the road down to a natural creek bed.
Over the past couple of months there have been gaps forming between the concrete driveway and the house as well as the rear deck and the house. It all seems to be slanting/ moving away from the road and down to the creek bed.

There are no major cracks in the foundations (around the outter brick walls), there is no water under the house. Other then natrual run off, there is no major pooling of water anywhere near the house.
There are no major cracks on the inside plasterboard or on the tiled kitchen/hallway.

The house is situated in Warrandyte and previously had a small weatherboard on it. The only major excavations on the property was a new septic tank installed when the house was build 22ish years ago.

The question i have for you folks would be, who would we need to get in to assess the situation to work out if its normal movement as well aspossibly work out what its happening and then how to go about getting it fixed?

The MIL is looking at selling the house in the near future and is tossing up to get this fixed now, obviously depending on the cost that is.

Cheers folks.
