I've found a "Finnan Haddie" from Celtic Songs TTBB Arr Singh By Vijay Singh.

That's a piece of sheet music & as far as I can work out, the song is usually done by a Men's Choir & it's about a young boy who misses out on a romance because he smells like "Finnan Haddie"
    Does that count?

I think I found the one you wanted....

My Heart Belongs To Daddy by Marilyn Monroe
In Little Voice (1998), Jane Horrocks performed this Marilyn Monroe number. It was written by Cole Porter to Lionel Newman's music for Let's Make Love (1960)

    How's that????

well done Cliff that was short and sweet and spot on. its been recorded by quite a few female vocalists over the years including Blossom Deari and julie London as well.

I'll need to make them harder next time eg how many songs can you come with with the Brand name "Fridgidaire" included in the lyrics.

Two Sleepy People (Hoagy Carmichael and Frank Loesser)
Here we are, in the cozy chair,
Pickin' on a wishbone, from the frigidaire,
Two sleepy people with nothing to say but too much in love to break away.

I'm Through With Love (Gus Kahn, Matt Malneck & Fud Livingston)
I've locked my heart, I keep my feelings there
I have stocked my heart like an icy Frigidaire
For I need to care for no one
    That's why I'm
    thru with love.

I'm Going To Move To The Outskirts Of Town (Roy Jacobs & William Weldon)
    I'm gonna tell you baby
We're gonna move away from here
I don't want no ice, man
I'm gonna get me a Frigidaire.

    Grumpy

Did you spend 8 years in frozen animation? In a Fridgidaire perhaps? That would have given you inside information. Does it still count ?
