Plane English
gday All,
not really a woodworker but have picked up a plane at an auction and want to know what its worth and how to sell it to a good home.
Looks fairly old and still has original box.
Box says Stanley made in USA
description Bailey iron jack No 5 1/2
2 3/8 cutter 15" long.
Looks in good condition not rusty or pitted
appreciate some feedback

That's a 5-1/4 Toby
I wonder if they are rare-ish 'cos not many made ... or because students killed them dead?
Cheers,

Probably murdered! Thanks Paul, it's 12:40 AM here, and I feel a little dead myself.
