Would like to hear peoples opinions on wherether i should get a heated towel rail or underflorr electric heating. Only heating about 10sqm, very small bathroom. I really DON'T want to use an IXL.

If you only want to keep the towel warm then go the heated rail, if you want to heat the bathroom then go the other route.. how expensive and time consuming will it be to install the underfloor heater?
I try and do new things twice.. the first time to see if I can do it.. the second time to see if I like it
