    Default Accident reporting

Hi folks, I'm interested in collecting some info about workshop accidents that happen to people on the forums. It's not really a serious study, but more to highlight the things that mostly cause accidents so that we are more aware of how to keep ourselves safe. Hopefully, after 12 months or so there may be a pattern emerging.

If you have an accident, I'd appreciate it if you could print and complete the survey, scan it and PM it to me, or email via my website.

Mods, if you think it's appropriate, could you please keep this on top as a sticky.

Can you post it as a "text" or "word " document so we can download and fill it in on-line.

    Also have you see this

It's a bit old (1995) and maybe we have more machinery these day but the recommended countermeasure are pretty much common sense - still worth reading though.
