The sad thing is that he might breed... and then there are more like him.

On the news they said he handed himself in. I wonder if the cops bothered to lock him up, or they just said, "don't go out the front door" - thinking he wouldn't be able to find it.

Unfortunately the lifeguard has left the gene pool.
When they do breed they appear to work the opposite to magnets - it seems that everytime it is like attracted to like and so the problem compounds itself.
There are times when retroactive birth control seems like a brilliant solution.

We have got one in Perth...
According to the morning paper, a man in Perth called the police as he thought there was an intruder in his house. The cops arrived and could not find any signs of a break in. But while they were there discovered 2 sawn off shotguns, a rifle and hand gun, all unlicensed, and a heap of ammunition and drugs. The man has been arrested.
Apparently, he has been charged with being a complete idiot and will be sent to Canberra to teach politicians.

Remember the old gas meters, shilling in the slot? I knew a prisoner who robbed his own gas meter, called the cops and, in a helpful mood, proceeded to tell them exactly how much had been taken from it!
Cheers,
Jim

Going back a few years when I lived in Sydney used to be a fish and chip shop at Naremburn, just off the end of the expressway(I think it might still be there) was hugely popular couldn't get near the place Friday nights, one Saturday morning staff come in about 7.30am light up all the fryers etc and start cooking however after about ten minutes hear this heavy banging and screaming turns out was a burglar got in ,couldn't get out made his way in via the exhaust vent scould not turn around to climb out .he was eventually rescued by combined operation of fire brigade and police.Brought much laughter at the time.
