Chess Table Plan
Hi to you all my name is Alan forum handle is ozziebluesman and I usually hang out at the musical instrument section. Some years ago for my 50th birthday my mother cast a porcelain set of chess pieces and she had a very basic board made. I love the set but it was left setup and one day the cat decided to move a few pieces and two pieces where broken. Mum made replacements but they where not absolutelt the same as the rest of the set. So being a keen woodworker I want to make a dovetail table and two way drw for the chess set to live in rather than up on top of the cupboard. I had a look around for a plan and tried to download it from a woodworking site over in the US somewhere and you can guess the file infected my computer system with a nasty virus. Gee I hate that!!!!! Anyway you have the story so my question is does anyone have a pdf file of a nice chess table plan and I would like to use hand made dovetail joints. Thanks to you all in advance and keep the chips flying! Cheers Alan
