    Default G'day All

    Hi everyone,

I'm a brand new member but have spent many hours browsing through this forum over the last few years. Seems like a lot of useful advice and freindly folk hang around so thought I'd join in.

I'm an aspiring furniture maker in the initial stages of planning/setting up shop (tiny 36m2 garage..).
Currently I'm stuck in an office staring at spreadsheets all day as a business analyst...arrrrrgggghh

Did a great 2 year furniture design/making course at box hill tafe some years back and have been striving toward my own workshop ever since, but as i'm sure is the case with many, other things keep taking finacial priority

Having now built our own house up in the mountains (complete with 3phase in the garage ) the machinery is finaly getting approval from the CFO. hehe.

Looking at a second hand combi Felder CF741, just gotta find the right one....

    See you all round
    Cheers,

G'Day & Welcome "Woodman" to a top forum.
You'll find a heap of helpful & knowledgable blokes & ladies on the forum all willing to assist.
Make sure you show off your handiwork as everyone loves a photo especially WIP photos with build notes.
    Enjoy the forum.
    Enjoy your woodwork.
I hope you get out of that office soon.
    Cheers, crowie

G'day Woodman and welcome. Sounds like it's all coming together. I'm jealous of you doing that course, seems to be nothing like that offered around here. Good luck with the set-up.

    Welcome
    .
I know you believe you understand what you think I wrote, but I'm not sure you realize that what you just read is not what I meant.

    Regards, Woodwould.
