Hello all
Hello everyone,
My name's Simo and I've been lurking on the forum for a while. I've always loved woodworking and making stuff. I'm a frenchpolisher by trade but have worked in the mining industry for the last 12 years. So I tend to do any sort of woodworking/finishing for myself and family. I'm looking forward to getting more inspiration from the forum.
Cheers
Simo

Well, I left my trade about 12 years ago and since then, I've been working in the mining industry. Up until the end of last year I had been living in units and town houses with no real room to do any woodwork. My wife and I bought our first house nearly a year ago and since then I have put a nice new shed in the backyard.
Since this is our first house I have a lot of plans/projects that I would like to do. Although I have the finishing side of things covered, I thought it would be a good idea to get some inspiration from others as to what I could make myself.
At the moment I'm in the process of finishing off some adirondack chairs that I can use on my front veranda, but I have a few things already lined up after that so I'm sure I need to ask for some advice soon.
