Hello to those of you from down under. Always enjoyed your country and hope to visit some day. Use a lot of your beautiful woods in pen making and clocks. I have been woodworking, tool collecting, and restoring and making hand planes for over 60 years, and enjoyed every minute of it. Looking forward to hearing from some of you. If you care to check out some of my work, go to IAP website under photos, plantman. G'day. Jim S

    G'Day & Welcome "DownUnder" Jim,
While you freeze we'll have a very hot dry Christmas.
You'll find a heap of helpful & knowledgeable blokes & ladies on the forum and for most very willing to assist.
Make sure you show your handiwork as everyone loves a photo, especially WIP photos with build notes.
    Enjoy the forum.
    Enjoy your woodworking.
Cheers from "On Top DownUnder" crowie

    PS - Keep Warm
