Good morning everyone, i am new to all this and have found a house we like, the problem is that we got the pest inspection back today and it says that there is termite workings and also moderate to extensive damage to a bearer and joist under main bedroom, i guess what i am hear to ask is should we still buy this house, they said there was no evidence of past treatment and no active termites the day of inspection but said as the weather is cold that termites are usually dormant, they have suggested a treatment, but my question is should be still buy this house after the treatment? everyone i have asked has fobbed me off and pretty much wont give me any advice, and i am stuck and only have a few days left until i have to give my answer.
Some advice would be greatly appreciated
