Shifting a garage wall
Hi all,
My first post on this site after reading some great tips and comments previously, think this is a great site.
Q: I wish to move a garage wall inwards, away from the boundary by 300mm, it is cladded on the outside, gyp rocked on the inside and on a slab. The reason for this is that currently it does not meet the set back requirements for council guidelines. It has a wooden frame inside that's about as technical as i get.
Wandering if it was possible and if anyone would know the time and costs involved to do such a task. (Pictures attached of the structure, the only ones i could get).
Cheers
Ian
