    Interesting that ABC's 7.30 program was sprouting about the same thing tonight, only about pedestrians, I find cyclists even more scary.

    I have seen someone reading a newspaper while driving! You see some odd things from a truck cabin looking down and some deserve an X rating.

    Recently saw [in morning peak hour traffic] in Brisbane, a bloke, roughly middle aged driving a car which was only a few years old, - would you believe - wait for it - an iPad [large version] balanced on the steering wheel - he appeared to be reading a book in the traffic.

    Does this sort of negligent driving get covered under the same laws as mobile phone usage?
