Big thanks to the forum
I gotta say, thanks.
This place is just bloody wonderful.
Awhile ago some wild weather went through Brissy down western suburbs way and a bunch of ya got together on here, then went out there to help clean up and lend a hand where ya could.
Sometimes a fella talks about closing down or such like and everyone rallies around trying to do what they can to assist.
Bushfires down south and again lads on here get together and do what they can to help out.
The call goes out to help a chaps sister (or was it his mum) do some clean up on her property and fellas fall over themselves to help out.
QLD gets a bit of rain up here and there's an outpouring of good wishes and thoughts toward people you all know up here.
Carl isn't on the forum for a bit and heaps of ya are 'looking' for him trying to get him back on here.
Those are just the times I can remember off the top of my head.
I wanted to put this up here as I've personally had a good deal of support behind the forum from you guys with what I'm going through at the moment - thanks fellas
Just wanted people to remember the times where the forum has pulled together for so many 'bad' times for others and hopefully not remember so many of the other times when things may have been a bit ordinary - we tend to remember the rough things which have gone on in the past on the forum, but don't often remember the great things which have gone on.
GO THE FORUM!!!I love my Lucas!! ...just ask me!
Allan.

Sitting over here in the west watching recent happenings on the east coast makes you feel lucky and yet helpless at the same time. The least we can do is offer moral suport and watch in awe as you guys rally together to get through a tough time. Well said Al and go the forum

Thats what its all about Al!!! can't make the whole world a better place but all the little bits help.
I am told that sharpening handsaws is a dying art.... this must mean I am an artisan.
Get your handsaws sharpened properly to the highest possible standard, the only way they should be done, BY HAND, BY ME!!! I only accept perfection in any saw I sharpen.
