    Default cleaning dirty bricks/mortar

    Hi all,

Along the sides of our house the dust and dirt has blown and splashed up making the bricks and mortar very dirty. (Prior to getting the landscaping complete). The mortar is originally off-white and not very old. (Couple of years). I tried scrubbing a small patch with soap and water and it didn't clean it.

How do I get it looking nice and clean again?

    Thanks
    Jeremy.

Try Tricleanium (Paint department - Bunnings/Mitre 10). Before buying, read the back of the container.

A pressure blaster will get dirt off, just be careful not to hit the mortar to hard with the jet otherwise you run the risk of damaging the struck surface.

Truck wash (CT 18) or similar, then pressure washer would be the go I'd reckon.
