Help posting Pics. PLEASE!!!!!!

Please help me. Wondering if anyone near Murray Bridge or coming through, could help/show me how to load pics on here please, am running Windows 8, if that is any help. I've got a printout of how to, but still can't get the gist of it, I know I'm technically challenged.

I am no computer guru either, so I know how you feel.

I used to have a lot of trouble loading my pics on here also. What helped to make it a lot simpler for me is I got a USB memory stick to store my forum pics.
I export the pics from my photo editing program onto the USB stick, resize them to about 100kb when you export them.
Doing it this way I seem to be able to find them easily when I want to upload them into my posts, I can complete my post with pics in a couple of minutes now, instead of pulling my hair out for a half hour.
