Help !!!
Twas the week before Christmas when SWMBO shot through
Now the agent has said you can get out too:eek:
To cut a long story short I'm up Midge's infamous creek in a barbed wire canoe with no paddle:mad:
Got a large double garage chocka full of tools and equipment which I've got to move within the next four days. Apart from the fact that I stepped off the long ladder just before Xmas and did the nasty to my Tin Tack
If there is anyone around these parts who could lend a hand I'd really appreciate it:confused:
Call me on 0414489556 or 0755131063 to talk
Thanks for your time

Sorry to hear about your bad run of luck, something will turn up that will restore your faith in human kindness. I'd love to help(drool over your toys), but am at the other end of the state.
Best of luck, maybe some of the SEQ members maybe able to assist.Pat

Just started back at work mate, sorry.
4 days to move? Seems a bit nasty and can't you tell them to go shove it?

Thanks for all your support guys - it's a bad time of year for everybody. I'm still trying to finish the move - with all the rain and stuff - I'll get there:confused:
Jesus these machines are heavy - got muscles I've not used for years and a driveway you can skate down in your runners - fun:eek:
Nearly rolled a long wheelbase Transit van when I dropped the front wheel over the edge of the drive - missed the front of the house by less than 150mm:eek::eek:
Thanks again.

Jamie,
sorry to hear of your forced rush move. I've had two of those myself, "friends" letting me down and not giving me a months notice as originally promised. Hope you mange it all without a meltdown.

Jamie - sorry I only just read your post after coming back from leave. I'm only round the corner, but it sounds like I'm too late to give you a hand. Let me know if I can still help.

Hi all,
Would like to again thank all who responded - this place is a great resource and I was probably pushing it's capability at the time. Nonetheless thanks to all who responded and I can report that the gear is all in the new small garage and the door closes:eek: Still got best part of a cubic meter of cedar and brushbox to recover from the old house but the new tenent is happy for me to do it when I can.
Thanks again guys and girls
Will be back soon
