Default WOODWORKING QUIZ for 1 Dec 04

    Good morning Friends,
Have you ever cut a hole in a workpiece only to find that it needed to be a bit bigger?

How would you enlarge a hole of almost any shape accurately?

    Respectfully,

    Good Evening Friends,
Well, It appears you blokes have never drilled a hole that was not the wrong size. We folks up here are always making mistakes and once in a while will make a hole in a workpiece that is too small. The easiest way to rectify the situation is 1. Rabbet out the hole to the size you actually need half way through the wood.2. insert a pattern bit and flip the board over and flush trim the balance of the hole to size.

    Thank you for your support.

    Respectfully,
