    Default G'Day folks

    Hey from Adelaide SA.
I am 39yrs old, married, two kiddies.
I have been a DIYer for many years and enjoy learning and doing allsorts from landscaping, carpentry, fencing, retaining walls, fake rockwork, plastering....etc the list is long.....
Recently I have been doing a bit of furniture rejuvenation and have really enjoyed being back in the shed working with wood.
As such I have now embarked on something I have wanted to do for a very long time....woodturning.
I have started lessons and been reading lots on this forum and books.
Hope to have lathe set up soon and get practicing.
Look forward to conversing with everyone and tapping this vast resource of expert knowlege.
    Cheers
