Default How To Get Into Swivel Mixer With No Allen Key hole in back there?

I've got an Ausital swivel mixer and I took out the blue/red thing and thought I"d find somewhere to put an allen key and undo.

But there seems to be no such place.

Anyone know how to deal with this?

They are Italian. Contact the store where you purchased it and see if they have one in stock that you can get a copy of the paperwork for it
The person who never made a mistake never made anything

that's what we've finished up doing. got a cylinder It didn't help. then shopped for the rubber washers around the barrel - seems to be the only other thing it could be. unavailable. so bought another. shame really. conspicuous waste. such a large piece of well machined metal. that's today okay.
