Advice for biscuit slots attachment
Hello everyone;
I am re-building some cabinets for my kitchen. This asking pertains to those wall hanging.
Previous version I used melamine, but now I'm going oak laminated particleboard.
I want the joints between side gables and top / bottom shelves to be blind.
There are 4 cabinets, that is, 16 joints. I am an amateur, so buying a Pro tool doesn’t enter the equation.
I would appreciate your opinions / suggestions / recommendations / warnings about a BISCUIT JOINER SET 1/2IN. AND 1/4IN. SHANK which can be used with the router (have a Bosch 1617EVSTB, and I built a table for) to machine the slots.
My stock is 5/8”, and I believe size 10 biscuits will do (please confirm / correct / advise).
Thanks in advance for all your assistance.
Daniel Rozenberg.
