Private email box full

Hello,
I cannot reply to a member because his email limit/box is full.

Is there a way the forum can advise so he can clear?

I cannot advise him that my item for sale is available, and worse he may think I am ignoring him, which I am not.

The system already advises you when your inbox reaches a certain amount of messages and suggest you clear some out to avoid reaching your limit.

I know because I have received a few.

It was my inbox that was full - I've cleared it out now
