They'll breed faster than you can trap them. Ratsak works for me.

Roll up little balls of white bread and add a few drops of vanilla essence ... you're sure to have more looking to get in for the party!

Or, dare I say it ... get a cat!

mix flour with plaster of paris and leave it out for them to eat. the plaster will go off in their stomachs and they'll die.

bit cruel though. and they may die in the walls. stinky.

As Tikki says, get a cat!

Maybe you can borrow one for a couple of weeks?

Once the meeces smell cat around they'll bugger off somewhere else (the ones that the cat hasn't got around to that is ).

    PS
You posted while I was typing Are you sure she prefers mice to cat?

Tikki and Craig are right on the money. Borrow a moggie - even if only for a day or so. The mice will shoot through in no time!

Don't bother with one of those puncey little designer fashion accessory pussycats. You want a bloody big boarding-house tomcat with holes in his ears and a scar on his nose. If he's still got most of his tail he's probably a wuss.

    Sounds like the shop cat.
You can rent him for $3500 per week, plus expexses.
He comes with his own personal trainer, ( God I need a holiday in the West )
He expects first class travel and ***** hotels, thems stars, not swear words BTW.
He likes a nice drop of Cab Melot each night.
And a tickle under the chin.
Drop me, ahhhum, him a PM

Get/borrow a ferret. Really. Or a bag of fresh ferret poo. Drives rats & mice $%$*&*! Standard 'ratting' team in the 19th Century was 1 ferret, 40 terriers, 40 blokes with pick handles & wheel barrows.

Standard method: 1) chuck ferret into infested warehouse. 2) listen for rumbling noise. 3) start whacking terrified rats & mice as they evacuate. 4) fill wheel barrows with dead rats & mice, take to tip/harbour/hole in ground. 5) retreive snoozing fat ferret full of eaten rats.
