    First of all Johnno welcome.

If you go into User CP and click on options then tick the box show attachments/pictures and you should be able to see them.

Hi Ray - I see by the screen captures that you weren't logged in and that being the case you can no longer see the pics.

I did this because we had non members coming on and merrily downloading pics from all over the place and when there's a few hundred all doping the same thing at the same time it puts a bit of a load on things. Also it encourages lurkers to join the forums rather than just plunder them.

This is also common practice on many forums but something that was only recently implimnted here.

This is a link to same thing in the Forum upgrade post #58 http://www.woodworkforums.ubeaut.com...7&postcount=58

I'm not entirely sure how it works, but I think the "Remember me" option has something to do with access in sub-domains or throughout a session. I've never tried logging in without ticking the "Remember Me" option, but without it you might only have access to the sub-forum in which you logged in. Just an uneducated guess.

Hi Ray - If I look at the top of the first screen shot it shows you as not being logged as you said. If you were logged in it would say so. As joe suggests try the remember me button. I used to have the same problem with IE 6 on my home compurer but not at the factory. Switches to firefox at home and never had a problenm again.

I reckon it's possibly a IE6 setting somewhere but no idea where or what. If you don;'t have Firefox you can get it from the link at bottom of all pages in U-Beauts skin (style) It is free and I reckon the best thing to come along in a fair while. I switch some 18 mths ago and never use IE at home now I also hae 5 browsers connected to try out screen view etc and can highly recomment both Firefox and Opera which I really love but has a problem with WYSIWYG in the forums.

Hope this is of some help. If not We might have to hand you over to Steven..... Then you'll be introuble.

    Cheers - Neil

Ok Neil been using Firefox since Netscape gave it up did up date yesterday.
IE is for one reason and one only updates.

Just tried again like before I am logged into here took screen shots so you can see.
one says log out other log in As for remember me never had to before dont like using it has caused incermountable problems in other situations spam mainly.
