how do you use a needle gun?
does the tips just spin round and you grind the surface with a bit of pressure?
or does it punch in and out?

and a scutch hammer? if for tiling over paint, do you just need to chip away a few bits here and there per peice of tile or do you need to do a serious scutching of the entire surface?
